Book Your Appointment

A USD 500 non-refundable deposit is required upon booking.
Once you’ve made the deposit, you’ll have 1 year to book your appointment. The deposit is not refundable, but you can transfer it to another person during this period.
If the deposit is transferred, the information of the person who will receive it needs to be delivered to us by the person who send the deposit so we can validate it.
This deposit will be credited toward the total balance of your dental procedure.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and cash (USD) accepted in the office.
We can´t accept Card Credit in Colombia.
We can´t accept US dental insurance in Colombia. However, you might be able
to be reimbursed directly. Speak with your insurance company ahead of time to
find out.
Dental work is guaranteed through an industry-standard warranty of 1 year.
Warranty Time: The full warranty time is one year, in case there is discoloration, fall, or breakage of a veneer. It will be fixed in the office at no additional cost. The clinic does not incur travel costs if the patient is a foreigner.
Warranty Requirements: To receive the full warranty, the problem must be reported within the first year of treatment.
If additional money is sent besides the 500 USD deposit this can apply for a refund in case the person is not able to come.
The patient can reschedule if it is under the 1-year time frame of the initial deposit. It is necessary to notify at least one week in advance. If we are not notified the deposit will be lost.
